Current Projects

Updated July 2025.

Writing, art, education, and spirit flow through my days as a river: always moving, always present. Everything that needs to get done will find its way when it needs to. I feel blessed and grateful to have a creative life.

Bernice and the Wild Waters
The next book for Bernice is well underway. This is the working title of my draft.

The Writing Spiral (revised edition)
First published in 2014, this reflective guide to writing and learning is being reshaped through a deeper spiritual lens. I feel ready to go more deeply into the new version of this book.

Intuitive Acrylic Painting
For the last several years the practice of intuitive painting has been unfolding in my home studio. It continues to be a source of surprise and expression for me. Feel free to ask me how it works.

Creative Lifestyle
My commitment remains to wander galleries, read widely, and encounter diverse art forms. Each experience fuels creativity, nurtures inspiration, and aligns with my spirit-led practice.

Ask me about these spirals and how they work...

We respectfully acknowledge that we are located on the traditional territory of the Michi Saagiig Anishnaabeg. We are grateful for the First Nations of this territory, for their care and teachings about the land. As people of the Williams Treaty of 1923, we continue our journey to strengthen our understanding of our Treaty relationship and of how to move forward together in a good way.  We acknowledge the contributions and accomplishments of all Indigenous people across Turtle Island, current and throughout history. The land and the waters will always be Indigenous lands and waters. They continue to teach important lessons every day.
