Poetry & Community

Poetry has been part of my creative life for many years: as a writer, educator, and community-builder. During my time as Poet Laureate of Cobourg, I created projects that invited people into poetry through writing, reading, conversation, and publication.

This page brings together selected poems and community poetry projects from that work, including digital chapbooks created with poets and artists from across the community, as well as some samples of poetry that have a meaningful community connection for me.
