We learn in Kindergarten about the value of sharing. Sharing is defined as having a portion with another or others. For some children, sharing comes easily. They generously share their toys, their thoughts, and their songs. For other children, sharing isn't easy. Sometimes it's related to past experiences and a feeling of scarcity. Other times it's connected to their well-being or experiences of belonging. However, many times it's about where they are in the process of development.
